Welcome to The Scrappin' Patch Blog!

We are entering into uncharted territory here. I've decided to give this blogging thing a try so that I can talk a little about all the fabulous scrapbooking finds I encounter. Those of you who know me know that I can be quite gabby so maybe I should say talk A LOT about all the fabulous scrapbook finds! I'll be sharing everything from new products I've tried to colors that inspire me and awesome blogs I frequent. I hope you enjoy what I share and will visit often.
Now, on to today's product review....the Sizzix Texture Boutique.
I just love this handy little tool! The Sizzix Texture Boutique comes with everything seen here: machine, 2 embossing pads and 1 shim You can dry emboss with the embossing folders (sold separately) to add texture to your cards or scrapbook pages. The Sizzix Texture Boutique retails for $29.99 and is in stock now. Not too bad, eh? This will be a go-to tool for your arsenal! I also love that you can use embossing folders from manufacturers other than Sizzix in this machine. It is designed to accommodate a standard A2 size (4 1/4" x 5 1/2") cardstock or paper. Sizzix embossing folders run $10.99/set of 2, Cuttlebug run $4.99 each and The Paper Studio run around $4.99 each as well. Just think of the possibilities!
