Only 2 seats remain in the Heartland Ballroom (you choose Weekend or 2-Day Crop Package) and 3 seats in the Kainsville Room (VIP Crop Package only). Donation Table Do you have new or gently used craft items that you don't need? Bring them with you and leave them on the donation table. No need to price them as we will be collecting a free-will offering for any item taken. All proceeds will go to Iowa Cookie Crumbs, a group of volunteers who bake and send cookies to deployed American military personnel to let them know we support and appreciate them

Although this retreat is geared toward scrapbookers and stampers, all crafters are welcome! Crop & Craft Hours  Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Choose from our available crop packages. All crop packages include: Welcome Gift 6' Craft Space Door Prizes Raffle Prizes Vendors On-Site Massage Therapist Wi-Fi VIP Crop Package - $90 Perfect for a smaller group or those who want a quieter crop experience. 12 seats available. Seating in the Kainsville Room (AKA "Naughty Room") which is directly across the hall from the ballroom Padded Chairs 10 Raffle Tickets Use of an Ottlite, magnetic cutting mat, and cupholder for each crafter Weekend Crop Package - $70 Seating in the Heartland Ballroom Padded Chairs Music 5 Raffle Tickets 2-Day Crop Package - $60 Seating in the Heartland Ballroom Padded Chairs Music 3 Raffle Tickets Space is limited to 52 croppers/crafters. Full payment is due when registration closes on November 1, 2020, to guarantee your seat. Seating requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to honor requests. Accommodations We have a block of rooms reserved for you at the Holiday Inn. Be sure to ask for "The Scrappin' Patch" rate when you book your room.
