More Best Mom Ever Collection

Hello crafty friends! We've been busy in the craft room this week and were able to make some cards with Photo Play's Best Mom Ever Collection. Does this paper line look familiar? It's the same collection for this month's TSP Color Challenge! Don't forget to get your paper crafting project entered by the end of the month for a chance to win a $5.00 gift certificate to The Scrappin' Patch! Read more about the TSP Color Challenge here.

Congratulations
We raided the scraps stash to make a fun wedding card with non-traditional colors. Who says weddings have to be soft colors or traditional black and white?
We kept this card simple with a block of pattern paper, a strip of coordinating cardstock, and a stamped sentiment on the front.

We finished off the inside in the same way. Stamps were from Avery Elle and Hero Arts. Other supplies will be linked at the end of this post.

Congrats On Your New Home

Here's another simple card for new homeowners. We double-matted the pattern paper and stamped and heat embossed a banner sentiment.
The inside coordinates with the front of the card. We added a handwritten sentiment to give it a personal touch using a Sharpie.

Mom!
Our last card was created for the new mom-to-be. If you have children, you know that Mom! seems to be the favorite thing for kids to yell, at least it was in our house!

Again, we kept it simple on both the front and inside of this card with the basic layering method.

The stamp was an old wood-mounted stamp from our stash. It's not what you would normally think of when you see the pattern paper but we thought it would make a mom-to-be laugh a little and give her some insight into what's to come. Plus, it's fun to think outside of the box sometimes!

Thanks for stopping by and we hope you find some inspiration from these cards!
